I have decided to hold a contest! 
It will be an Animal Crossing: New Leaf themed contest. If you do not have the game, unfortunately you will not be able to enter. :c If this contest proves popular though, I might hold another one!
Rules
Simply put; send me your Dream Addresses and I will visit your town. The town that I am awed by the most will win a digital-colour drawing of their Animal Crossing resident of choice! I will also draw them with their favourite neighbour in their town.
Literally, all you have to do is comment with the Dream Address! In my opinion a pretty simple contest. 
If you want to enter but at a later date because you need time to update your town, please comment to tell me you are entering so I am aware of and up-to-date with the contestants.

Important Note: If more than six people enter, then I will pick the best two towns and draw them both prizes. If more than ten people enter, then I will pick the best THREE towns and award them all prizes. If even more enter I may pick more winners still - so promote this contest for a better chance to win!
How to win
Things that I'll be looking out in the town that'll help you rack up points;
Clear and creative pathways!
Placement of trees and plants!
Themed rooms, or rooms with planned décor style!
Clever use of custom designs!
Exterior house placement and design! Which includes the placement of plants and paths outside your home, not just your house model.
Themed towns! The effort made will be taken into account.
Things that won't deduct points (so don't worry!);
Villager houses in awkward or disrupting positions (this can't be helped)
Non-themed towns (no less chance of winning than a themed town!)
The extent of your shop upgrades or work projects (although clever layout and placement of projects will be judged)
If you don't know me very well (I will be impartial to friend's towns)
Rude phrases or explicit content (admit it, it's funny hearing a sweet villager say something dirty and remain blissfully unaware, or to have butts as your wallpaper. No judgement!)
Bonus
If you'd like to watch me or visit my town in return, that would be much much appreciated! My Dream Address is in the journal header (run your mouse over the journal to find). Some of my OCs also live in the town, and the custom designs are free!

Art Update / Character Features

UPDATE: New features added.
You'll notice I've just uploaded a batch of 'Gift art'. Recently I've been finding it difficult to draw what I want to draw, and I figured out it was mostly because I had a guilty concience, thinking I owed a lot of gifts to several friends. So I halted all my personal artwork, made a list, and refined it - resulting in the four pieces I just put up.
Now that they're out of the way, I'll be returning solely on personal art. I got myself into a bad habit of saying that I'll do things, posting WIPs and promising things to people, thinking it would be better motivation for me to actually do said things. Turns out that just made myself a huge to-do list and a lot of procrastination and anxious guilt.
Sorry to anyone that I may have unintentionally led on with promises of gifts or art - truly, I apologize. If you have payed me for something that I have forgotten (I sincerly doubt it but just double-checking) then please do notify me - otherwise I am wiping the slate clean. Hopefully it will lead to better and more frequent art from Chiyo. c:

Slot Two: OokamiMonster's Kuumori
Goddamn you for making me choose ONE
Okay I love all your characters as much-- well you know perfectly well how much
So if I was looking at them critically I guess?? Kuumori seems to have the most development and originality. She has a painful backstory but it hasn't made her present character Mary-Sue-ish or copied, just even more original and likeable (or in her case unlikeable she's a bitch but I love her ababuu ). LOVE ME KUUMORI
Slot Three: DraconaVampira's Dokuro
It would appear your gallery is lacking in Dokuro?? D: Where'd all his arts goooooo
Anyway I love love his design. Purple is my favourite colour which is possibly a contributing factor
His hair is amazing and his dragon form is diverse and different which is always great to see. And personality-wise, I have seen some very funny things done with this character, as well as epic, and his development has flourished since he first appeared. Draw him more Shade!

Hey guys! I apologize for my absence throughout most of 2012. I was doing my final year of schooling over here in Australia which required most of my attention. But, as one would notice from the few deviations I have uploaded recently,
Chiyo is back!
...aaaaand she's going away again.
;;Right now I'm in the Business class Lounge in the airport as my dad and I are travelling to Las Vegas to seethe band The Killers play there (twice!). I'll only be gone for four days but for those who I've been chatting to again, apologies, I'll get right back to my internet-addicted self when I return!
I was also halfway through another deviation before I had to leave and forgot to upload a WIP. |D;; sorry sorry
Now in addition, for my final Media project for this year, I decided to create an animation based on my Moth characters. I also did ref sheets which I failed to upload but shall when I get back! In the meantime, here is my animation, which I worked very hard on even though it's only amateur if you watchers would like to....well, watch it. /ahaha
