I have decided to hold a contest!

 

It will be an Animal Crossing: New Leaf themed contest. If you do not have the game, unfortunately you will not be able to enter. :c If this contest proves popular though, I might hold another one!

 

Rules

 

Simply put; send me your Dream Addresses and I will visit your town. The town that I am awed by the most will win a digital-colour drawing of their Animal Crossing resident of choice! I will also draw them with their favourite neighbour in their town.

 

Literally, all you have to do is comment with the Dream Address! In my opinion a pretty simple contest. If you want to enter but at a later date because you need time to update your town, please comment to tell me you are entering so I am aware of and up-to-date with the contestants.

Important Note: If more than six people enter, then I will pick the best two towns and draw them both prizes. If more than ten people enter, then I will pick the best THREE towns and award them all prizes. If even more enter I may pick more winners still - so promote this contest for a better chance to win!

How to win

Things that I'll be looking out in the town that'll help you rack up points;

Clear and creative pathways!

Placement of trees and plants!

Themed rooms, or rooms with planned décor style!

Clever use of custom designs!

Exterior house placement and design! Which includes the placement of plants and paths outside your home, not just your house model.

Themed towns! The effort made will be taken into account.

Things that won't deduct points (so don't worry!);

Villager houses in awkward or disrupting positions (this can't be helped)

Non-themed towns (no less chance of winning than a themed town!)

The extent of your shop upgrades or work projects (although clever layout and placement of projects will be judged)

If you don't know me very well (I will be impartial to friend's towns)

Rude phrases or explicit content (admit it, it's funny hearing a sweet villager say something dirty and remain blissfully unaware, or to have butts as your wallpaper. No judgement!)

Bonus

If you'd like to watch me or visit my town in return, that would be much much appreciated! My Dream Address is in the journal header (run your mouse over the journal to find). Some of my OCs also live in the town, and the custom designs are free!
